Jen Armstrong is the office administrator for Laird Cowley. A Missoula native, she brings her years of experience building businesses with her husband, selling real estate and working for Reep, Bell, Laird and Jasper before coming on board with Laird Cowley. Jen enjoys traveling and spending time at Flathead Lake with her family.
Stephenie L. Dunwell
Paralegal
Stephenie is a native of Montana, raised in Missoula where she graduated from Sentinel High School. She graduated from the Missoula College - University of Montana in both the Legal Secretary and Legal Assisting programs in 1992. She then earned her Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation in 1995.
Dawn L. Hanninen
Paralegal
Dawn grew up in Washington and moved to Montana in 1988 where she attended college at the University of Montana. She has been an avid Griz Fan ever since. She has over 20 years experience in the legal field.
Lisa C. Driscoll
Paralegal
Lisa is a native of Montana, raised in Butte and she graduated from Butte High School and later studied at Montana Tech. She also attended and graduated from Kinman Business University in Spokane, Washington. Lisa is a paralegal member of the Montana State Bar and is also a member of Montana Association of Legal Assistants.
Clark D. Seaman
Legal Intern
Clark is a fifth generation Montanan and a class of 2024 J.D. candidate at the Alexander Blewett III School of Law. Before joining Laird & Cowley in February of 2022, he worked in the hospitality industry for three years after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Montana. Clark is excited to be a part of a firm committed to getting the job done right.
Mary E. Thompson
Legal Assistant
Mary joined our firm as a legal assistant following 20 years spent as an elementary education teacher. She brings her strong organizational skills in supporting the staff of Laird Cowley.
Paula J. Peterson
Legal Assistant
Paula joined Laird Cowley in February 2021 as a receptionist and legal assistant. Previously, Paula spent years beign a stay-at-home mom and a special education teacher at Missoula elementary school.
