Jen Armstrong is the office administrator for Laird Cowley. A Missoula native, she brings her years of experience building businesses with her husband, selling real estate and working for Reep, Bell, Laird and Jasper before coming on board with Laird Cowley. Jen enjoys traveling and spending time at Flathead Lake with her family.
Stephenie is a native of Montana, raised in Missoula where she graduated from Sentinel High School. She graduated from the Missoula College - University of Montana in both the Legal Secretary and Legal Assisting programs in 1992. She then earned her Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) designation in 1995.
Stephenie has over 28 years of experience in the legal field. Before joining Laird Cowley, PLLC, she worked for a prominent attorney where she gained valuable experience in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, business law, and family law. Stephenie uses her multitasking skills and experience by providing detailed support to the attorneys of Laird Cowley, PLLC and its clients. She enjoys helping clients receive the support they need.
Stephenie is married and has one daughter. When not working, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
Dawn grew up in Washington and moved to Montana in 1988 where she attended college at the University of Montana. She has been an avid Griz Fan ever since. She has over 20 years experience in the legal field. Her background includes civil litigation, personal injury, insurance litigation, including bad faith, medical malpractice, employment law, business formation and transactions, bankruptcy, and creditor's rights. Dawn provides advanced litigation support to the Attorneys at Laird Cowley, PLLC and its clients.
Dawn is married and has one son. She has enjoyed many sports through the years, but now loves to bowl and golf, and spend time with her family and friends.
Lisa is a native of Montana, raised in Butte and she graduated from Butte High School and later studied at Montana Tech. She also attended and graduated from Kinman Business University in Spokane, Washington.
Lisa has over 35 years of legal experience. Before joining Laird Cowley, PLLC, she worked for a prominent law firm where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including insurance defense, insurance coverage issues, employment law, personal injury, and products liability. Lisa also has ediscovery and management experience. Lisa shares her experience in promoting positive outcomes for Laird Cowley, PLLC and its clients. She finds it very satisfying to work with the attorneys at Laird Cowley, PLLC, in assisting clients navigate through the legal process.
Lisa is married and has three sons, along with four grandchildren. When not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, and traveling.
Mary joined our firm as a legal assistant following 20 years spent as an elementary education teacher. She brings her strong organizational skills in supporting the staff of Laird Cowley.
Mary enjoys spending time traveling, hiking and attending sporting events with her husband and two boys attending MSU.
Deb joined our firm as a legal assistant following 21 years spent with a non-profit healthcare organization. She brings her strong multi-tasking work ethic from growing up on an Iowa farm. Deb enjoys outdoor sports and is a member of a local dragon boat racing team.
Christian was raised near Billings, Montana before moving to Missoula in 2017 for university. As an undergraduate, he studied English and Political Science while also participating in the Pre-Law program and multiple extracurriculars. After graduation, Christian worked locally in Missoula before deciding to explore more of the law industry. He works to provide earnest and flexible support to the staff at Laird Cowley. In his free time, Christian likes to read, write, and hike the Missoula surroundings.
